Since 2004, we have provided functional fitness and performance training to thousands of clients in Central Ohio and around the world. We help clients of all ages and fitness levels improve their wellness, strength, flexibility, endurance, core, power, and balance. We use proven scientific principles, founded upon the teachings of the National Academy of Sports Medicine, to provide personalized, semi-private training programs.

We specialize in weight-loss and fat-loss, injury reduction, and post-therapy. Whether you're an adult looking to feel better, look better, decrease stress, or gain strength, a youth athlete needing to improve coordination and speed, or a serious high school or college athlete pushing your performance level, we will help you find your inner champion.

In our semi-private training structure, we provide a customized exercise plan, tailored to your individual needs. We evaluate each individual's abilities, noting strengths, weaknesses, and biomechanical predisposition to injury. Then we customize a systematic, progressive training program to maximize strengths, eliminate weaknesses, and greatly reduce risk of injury. You are provided the instruction and attention you deserve by your EP trainer.

Before starting each appointment, we use a wellness approach to determine how we can help you on that particular day, taking into consideration your attitude, level of focus, and stress level. We make sure you're using proper form and understand the purpose of your exercises. If we assign an exercise that is ineffective, we will make changes, but we will also challenge you to keep going when all you want to do is stop. We bring encouragement, focus, and intensity. We are not distracted by televisions or typical gym interruptions, because we are not your typical trainers, and EP is not a gym. YOU are our focus.

In addition, you will also be supported, encouraged, and held accountable by one to three other people who will be working alongside you to achieve their own goals. Your time and energy is valuable. Our time and energy is valuable. Let's make the most out of it, together.
