When you work with us online, we hope you feel valued, encouraged, and challenged. Your workout is important to us, but you can workout anywhere. There's much more to what we do than just kicking your butt and making you sweat.
There are a lot of fitness professionals who will take your money as long as you're willing to hand it over. They'll allow you to go through the motions, complain when you don't comply, and let you feel good about the idea of health without holding you accountable.

Frequently Asked Questions - Online Training
*Do I need a gym membership?
No, you don't need a gym membership. You can train in the comfort of your house. We have online members who workout in hotel rooms while they travel for work, their garage, their living room, their basement, their apartment complex gym, & at a traditional gym.
*Do I need access to fancy equipment?
No. We work with what you have available to you. For some people that's absolutely zero traditional exercise equipment, & for others that's access to a traditional gym. No matter what equipment you do or don't have access to, we can develop a plan that's right for you.
*What if I'm not in shape?
No problem! Your program will be customized to you, your fitness level, & your goals. We work with people of all fitness levels. You'll know exactly how to perform each exercise, & you'll be able to go at your own speed.
*I have an injury (or was injured in the past). Can I still train online with you?
We specialize in post-injury & post-physical therapy training. We have worked inside physical therapy clinics & currently receive referrals from local therapists & chiropractors. While we can’t address every specific situation here, know this… we’re one of the best programs when it comes to modifying & customizing workouts for our members. We deal with everything from wrist inflexibility to knee replacements & everything in between. We train breast cancer survivors, vertigo sufferers, people with RA, MS, fibromyalgia, & more. You're NOT "too broken" to train with us.
*How long are the training sessions?
Your training sessions will be 35-55 minutes. Studies show that the sweet spot for fitness results is 50 minutes so all of our workouts include a dynamic warm-up, workout, and cool-down.
*What should I expect during my Get Your Body Back Call?
On this 15-minute, no obligation call, Charlie simply asks you a handful of questions to discover more about you, your goals, where you’re at now, & what struggles you’ve been dealing with. This will help us determine if our programs are a fit for you. If we feel we are able to help, we will go into more detail about how. We also take the time to answer any questions that you may have.
*How will you know when I'm working out?
We will track everything you do in our customized app. We'll know exactly when you complete your workout, how challenging your workout was, & what kind of progress you made. Accountability is key, & you will be held accountable.
*What ages do you work with?
Our programs are designed for adults, but we typically allow teenagers 16 years & older. On the other side of the spectrum, we have had several clients in their 70’s, & have experience working with clients into their late 80’s.
*Do I need to live in a certain area to train online with you?
No. You just need to have internet access. The programs are delivered in English, so you'll need to speak & understand English. While we're located in Central Ohio, we've worked with online members as far away as South Korea, New Zealand, & South Africa.
