*Who are these meal plans for?


Anybody looking to eat healthier - whether for weight loss purposes or just to start feeling better.



*I'm not a good cook. Will I have trouble making these meals?


No. The meals in our plans have been designed with simplicity in mind. Our goal was to create the healthiest, most delicious, & simplest meals possible.



*Why not just recipes?


Nutritional recommendations are for daily & weekly intakes. That's why it's essential to take into account an entire day or week, & not just one recipe at a time.



*Are these plans dietician-approved?


Yes. Every recipe is designed & approved by our team of registered dietitians & nutritionists.



*Am I guaranteed to lose weight with a meal plan?


No. Since everyone's body & situation are different, there are no guarantees that this will work for you. There are so many factors that go into weight loss. However, we can promise you that - assuming you give us accurate information about yourself - a meal plan will give you an excellent chance of losing weight.



*What if I have a food allergy/preference?


No problem. Our plans are 100% customizable. Gluten free, Vegan, Lactose Intolerant, etc. No matter your allergy or preference, each meal will curated accordingly.



*Why not just counting calories?


Calorie trackers are great for analyzing your habits, but provide little to no guidance on what to do next. Our platform is for organizing & executing an effective, personalized meal plan which means you can make the hard decisions on your own time & avoid the pitfalls of not being prepared.



*Will every meal be different?


That depends on what you like. If you're a person who likes variety, then 'yes,' they'll be different. If you're a person who likes consistency, then 'no,' you'll see some of the same meals repeated once we know exactly what you enjoy.



*Will I be hungry all the time follow one of your plans?


No. This is not your traditional diet. Our plans are not restrictive. They don't adhere to any extreme fad diets you hear about - they don't cut out carbs completely, they don't eliminate fat, they aren't a juice cleanse or anything like that. Instead, they are healthy, balanced meals - simply making the healthy choices when possible.



*Am I getting food delivered?


No. This is not a good delivery service. You are able to purchase your food from the store of your choice.



*Do I have to follow the plan exactly?


You should try to follow the custom plan as closely as possible. Doing so will give you the best chance of seeing the results you'r looking for. The calories & macro-nutrients are specifically calculated for you & your goals, so deviating from the plan will result in those numbers being different. While most people follow it to the letter, others use it simply as a framework. It's really up to you.



*How do I pay?


You have multiple options to choose from. You can choose a monthly option or a 3-month option.



*Am I signing up for something with a cancellation fee?


No. You can cancel your membership at any time.

Charlie & Tami are a husband & wife team who met in college, where Charlie was a 4-year letter winner on the varsity basketball team & Tami discovered her love of exercise & healthy eating. They have over 35 years of combined experience in exercise & nutrition.


Charlie is a Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine & holds both a Master's & a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science. Tami is a Precision Nutrition, Level 1 Certified Coach, as well as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Behavior Change Specialist, & Certified Personal Training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
