Since 2004, we have been perfecting our EP Prep Process. While providing fitness, performance, and nutrition coaching to tens of thousands of clients in Central Ohio and around the world, we have discovered what works and what doesn’t.


Our EP Prep Process ensures we are the right fit for your coaching needs.


We use proven, scientific principles founded upon the teachings of the National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as first-hand, practical knowledge that we’ve developed since 2004.

Seriously, the number of people who do more than just think about improving their health and getting in shape is extremely low. The number who will legitimately explore an option like you’re doing right now is even lower. Our hats are off to you!

On this no obligation call, Charlie simply asks you a handful of questions to discover more about you, your goals, where you’re at now, and what struggles you’ve been dealing with. This will help us determine if our programs are a fit for you.


If we feel we are able to help, we can go into more detail about how and answer any questions that you may have.

Your Elite Assessment is a one-hour appointment with us in our studio. We perform a full evaluation, complete with weight, body-fat analysis, and circumference measurements.


You will also perform our Elite Movement Screen. These movements indicate to us tight, weak muscles or joints and your biomechanical predisposition to injury.


Then you will go through our Elite Fitness Assessment which will help us determine your current fitness level. This also helps us determine your strengths, weaknesses, and the areas we need to focus on in your personalized plan.


Once you complete your Elite Assessment, we sit down together, talk about what we saw, and formulate a step-by-step plan of action to help you reach your goals.
